Click on https://dghs.teletalk.com.bd. First a link of admission rules will be seen. It should be clicked and read well. Return to the previous page after reading.

There are two options here. One for those who have passed SSC/HSC/Alim etc. Another one for those who have passed O-Level/A-Level or from abroad. Second type of candidates should collect Equivalent Certificate ID from Director, Medical Education before filling the form. Form cannot be filled without it.

Click on the first option. Next will be highlighted at the bottom of the page and click on it. The second page will appear.

Here you have to fill the Roll Number, Registration Number, Board, Year of SSC, HSC etc. If the candidate is available in Tribal Quota, he/she should click on Tribal/Hiltract's non tribal Quota (Clause 13). If it is not clicked then the tribe related option will not be available on the next page and the GPA 8.00 assigned to the tribe quota will not be effective. Candidates applying in Non-Tribal Quota of Tribal/Hill Districts have to enter Memo Number/Certificate Number and Date of Non-Tribal Certificate of Tribal/Hill Districts in online application. Without memorial number/certificate number and date There will be no Online Entries in Non-Tribal Quota of Tribal/Hill Districts. Admission will be canceled if you do not show the necessary documents at the time of admission. There is no option to change this option later.

If something is wrong here, click Reset and fill again. If all the information is filled correctly, click Next to go to the next page.

At the top of this page the candidate's name, parents' name, date of birth and the letter grades and grade points obtained in the middle of the page will appear automatically. (O level/A level candidates will go to their option and fill it themselves).

If English questions are required during the exam, the Question Language English option must be filled here.

Home District must be filled. If the admission seat is allotted in the filled district quota, the allotted seat will be canceled if the certificate of that district is not shown at the time of admission.

If you have clicked on Tribal Quota on the previous page, here you have to select one from the Tribal Quota list.

Click here on Eligible for Fighter Quota if you are eligible for Freedom Fighter Quota (children, children's children). Candidates applying for Freedom Fighter Quota have to enter the Freedom Fighter Certificate Commemorative Number/Certificate Number and Date in the online application, without the Certificate/Commemorative Number and Date there will be no online entry in Freedom Fighter Quota. If you give this option by mistake and even if you get a seat in the quota, the admission will be canceled. (The rules and regulations issued by the government will be followed in the case of the children of Muktijodha quota claimants).

Then present address and permanent address have to be filled in. Fields marked with an asterisk must be completed. If not, you cannot go to the next page. If the Present Address and Permanent Address are the same, click on the button in front of the Permanent Address.

An eleven (11) digit mobile number is mandatory and must be kept active at all times during the admission process. After depositing money, USER ID, PASSWORD, and exam center name will be sent to this mobile via SMS. A second mobile number should be given in the second room, for communication if necessary.

Then fill in the Choice Option. If you highlight the preferred college from the list of colleges on the left and click the Add button, it will move to the right. In this way, one by one the colleges should be taken on the right in the order of their choice. The list on the right side will be sorted. A fewer number of college names in the college preference list means there is a higher chance of getting the name on the waiting list and not getting a seat despite being on the merit list. No mistake can be made here.

Now you have to browse and select the previously created image and signature from the computer or from the pen drive.

Click on the Declaration button at the end of the page and click Submit.

After some time the image and signature will be uploaded and the next page will be displayed. If the size of the image and signature are not the same, it will not be uploaded. Option to like image and signature size will be online.

A User ID number will appear on this page. This number should be saved carefully, as it is used to deposit the application fee from Teletalk Prepaid Mobile. The applicant's photograph and signature along with the relevant information can be seen. This page should be printed. Because he will be known everywhere in this picture and signature.

If any wrong information is seen on this page or the photo or signature is wrong, then the form should be filled again by adding the correct photo or information. Once the money is deposited, there is no opportunity to change the photo or signature. 121 from any teletalk number or 01500121121 from any other operator can be called 24 hours a day for technical assistance.

User ID and Password will be available after submitting the fee through Prepaid Teletalk. It will come on both mobiles. The star marked number written while filling the form can be mobile of any operator. The admit card can be downloaded with this User ID and Password.

Only the fee should be deposited through Prepaid Teletalk. Necessary SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided at the time of form submission.

Fee Deposit Procedure:

• Go to Message option of Prepaid mobile phone and write BDS, write User ID with space and send SMS to 16222. Example, Type BDS<"Space">FRLGCT and send to 16222. Here FRLGCT is the User ID obtained by filling the form. The return SMS will ask for consent with a PIN, name of the candidate and information to deduct Rs.1000/- (one thousand) as examination fee. To consent send SMS as below to 16222
• Go to the Message option and write BDS, write YES with space, write PIN with space, write a maximum of four center codes with a comma (,) and send an SMS to number 16222. Example: Type BDS<"Space">YES <"Space"> 456789 <"Space">15,16,22,51 and send to 16222. Here 456789 is the PIN number found in the previous return SMS and number 15,15,22,51 are the code number of the examination center. If the PIN number is written correctly, 1000/- (one student) will be deducted from the Prepaid Mobile of the said Teletalk and a User ID and Password will be given to the candidate in the return SMS stating the name of the examination center.

The issue of giving the admit card on the web site will be informed by SMS. Even if the admit card is lost, the admit card can be collected again in the same process. The result of the exam will be communicated to the candidate's mobile via SMS and DGHS website www.dghs.gov.bd
